This is a very well-appointed town house, with the living dining and kitchen areas on the top floor bedrooms on the lower two floors. Situated in a quiet development the house has superb views over the Bush River and Bushmills village. A short walk into the village provides guests with the choice of numerous restaurants, artisan shops and cafes.  Follow the nearby heritage railway line and greenway for off road country and coastal walks through Bushfoot Golf Course (1 mile) to Portballintrae / Runkerry Beach (1.5 miles) and onto the Giants Causeway (2.5 miles). The property is 4.5 miles from Royal Portrush Golf club, around a 9-minute drive.  The Translink bus stop in Bushmills is only 300 yards from the house with services during the day every 20 minutes to and from Portrush, including a stop near to the Golf Course entrance.

The property on three floors comprises of:

Top Floor

  • Entrance hall with seat, shoe and coat rack and stairs up to the main Kitchen, Living and Dining area.

  • Living gas flame fire and thermostat heating control.

Middle Floor

  • Bedroom 1 - Double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail and soft seating. Bay window with views over the river and park.
  • Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, bedside drawers, large hanging rail, seating.
  • Family Bathroom - with bath, separate shower, basin  and WC, towel and bedding storage.

Lower floor

  • Bedroom 3 – King-size bed, large built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, dressing room area, En-suite shower room with separate shower, basin and W.C, 115v/230v Shaver socket. Thermostat to control bedroom temperatures.
  • If wishing to convert the dressing room into a family room, two additional foldout beds are available on request (both with new mattresses).
  • Patio doors onto shared walkway with views across the park and river.
  • Lobby - Gas Central Heating panel to control upstairs and downstairs temperatures.

 

Outside 

At the front of the property there is a small garden bench seat and a bistro garden furniture set is also available to guests.

There is an allocated parking bay for one car beside the house. The adjacent parking bays are rarely used, but if unavailable extra parking is permitted on the road outside, guest parking is also available 80 yards away within the complex grounds and a large public carpark is just opposite.
