A high spec detached house set in a small development just 15 minutes walk to the course, 8 minutes by bus or 2 minutes drive in the car.  Portrush with its many bars and restaurants is just 20 minutes walk (or 9 minutes on the bus and 5 minutes walk). The town also features not one but two fabulous beaches at the East and West Strands. The seaside town of Portstewart with its lovely Promenade and famous Strand Beach is just 2.8 scenic miles west, while the equally famous town of Bushmills is a beautiful 4.6 mile drive east.TThe house is furnished to a high standard, has a burglar alarm and individual heating stats in every room.
