Situated in a popular residential area the property is within easy walking distance or a 5 minute drive from the historic town centre which provides many speciality shops & attractions, long sandy beaches and a fabulous variety of restaurants. The town's cosmopolitan main shopping district includes South Street, Market Street, Bell Street and North Street. The recommended Strathkinness Tavern is a 5 minute drive. The owner will be staying in the opposite wing of the house but will be very self contained & you will have full use of the large garden.
